Because of her own sensitivity to wheat, Owner Lauren Siegel created a line of Gourmet to Go items made with no gluten-containing ingredients (NGI) in 2008. All of the foods considered safe for those who follow a gluten free diet are clearly labeled.

On our Monthly Specials page, items made with no gluten-containing ingredients are marked NGI. Many people with gluten dietary restrictions also have to be concerned about dairy, so we also have Vegan options, which are marked V.
